This Week at Beth Shalom

We will gather again at the temple, 956 J Street in Crescent City, for our weekly Shabbat evening service Friday, November 19 at 7 PM.

Torah study continues Saturday morning from 10 to noon at the temple. We will be studying Vayishlach, Genesis 32:4-36-43. Jacob returns home from Haran and meets his brother, Esau, Rachel and Isaac both die, Jacob's daughter Dinah is (allegedly) raped and her brothers exact vengeance.

Next week, we will not have services or Torah study because of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will return December 3 and 4.

Watch for an upcoming bulletin about our Chanukkah pot luck and latke fest on Saturday night, December 4. We will have a newsletter out by then.
