Service for Teddy Rafael

Temple Beth Shalom is sad to announce the passing of Teddy Rafael. Teddy came to passover and chanukah, and in her will requested a Jewish funeral. Rabbi Les is leading a formal Jewish ceremony at Weir's Mortuary tomorrow (Friday March 1st) at 3:00. A short burial will follow at the Crescent City Cemetery. Anyone who wishes to say kaddish for Teddy is invited to participate with her family (coming in from all over California and Reno).

As a community we will keep her in our thoughts as we say kaddish on Friday nights for a year, and then on her yorzheit after that. There is a photo of her in today's Triplicate, with a good description of her life as a social worker at "Remi-Vista" in Crescent City. She will be missed!

For questions about tomorrow, please feel free to call Jill 707-464-5337.
