It's THIS weekend

       Temple Beth Shalom will host services this Friday night May 31st at 7:00 at the Curry Coastal Pilot building on Chetco Ave. in Brookings. Services will be led by Rabbi Les Scharnberg.

       Saturday June 1st will be Kabalah class led by Rabbi Les Scharnberg. The class will start at 11:00 am at the Curry Coastal Pilot building in Brookings.

      

     Thank you this week to Joy Roberts, who has donated 3 boxes of books on Judaism to the Temple Beth Shalom library, with more to follow. I immediately was drawn to Leo Rosten's Treasury of Jewish Quotations (probably co- written by my grandmother!) Come check them out.

   The next services will be Friday June 21st at the Curry Coastal Pilot building at 7:00.

The LAST Kabalah class of the season will be that Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00 at the Pilot building in Brookings. It has been a FABULOUS success.We will then all enjoy two months of social events like a potluck or picknicks until the holidays start us up for our 30th season!
