We had a nice turnout for services at six last week and five of us adjourned to dinner at Northwoods Restaurant. If someone reading this would prefer services at 6, or be more likely to come, please send a note to delnortebethshalom@gmail.com. Also notify us if you would like to lead services.
For now, we are back on our regular schedule, with Friday evening services at 7 at the temple, 956 J Street in Crescent City. Torah study continues Saturday from 10 to noon at the temple. This week, we will be studying "Bo," Exodus 10:1- 13:16. This section includes the last of the plagues, the first Passover and the actual exodus from Egypt. It is one of the most fascinating readings in the Torah.
